Eating Out - It need not be a chore!
If you are just starting the diet, I recommend: 5) Avoid battered foods as most batters contain egg yolks but dig into the
grilled foods that are on the diet! 8) I eat all salads but without bacon, egg or tomato and I am careful with 9) I use ketchup very sparingly and I don't eat mayonnaise. I love 10) I drink small amounts of iced tea and order juices which I use water to dilute. 11) I drink decaf coffee but mostly I drink water. 12) I avoid drinks with Aspartame because these ensure you dependence on sugar. Also, very dry red wine is an option but not too much.
